When you place an order with us you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.  Relevance

These conditions are applicable for all agreements concerning the sale and delivery of products via the online shop that are made between the buyer and Humade. Humade retains the right from time to time to adjust these conditions or include new one’s; Information, images, notifications, etc, with respect to the product are displayed and communicated as accurately as possible. Colors may differ from the displayed product - computer screens can display information and images differently from each other.

2.  Order handling 

Once you have finished shopping you will receive an email confirmation of your order. We try to keep all of our products in stock however occasionally some items may be out of stock and unable to be re-ordered. We will notify you by email if your order needs to be postponed or cancelled.

3.  We reserve the right to cancel your order if: -We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
-We do not deliver to your area.
-One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typing error. If we do have to cancel your order we will notify you by email and re-credit the debited amount back into your account as soon as possible. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment or inconvenience caused.

3.  Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) plus delivery. All prices are subject to change and we retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment. We do our best to ensure that all prices on our web site are up to date and current at all times. However despite our best efforts some may be incorrect in which case we will notify you straight away.

4.  Payment

Humade uses IDEAL (for The Netherlands). A simple and safe banking system that allows you direct access to your account information on internet. Or you can pay via PayPal.  You can also pay directly from your own account. In this case you will receive an email with payment information. Once the payment has been received the package will be sent. If payment has not been received after five working days the order will be cancelled. If delivery costs for large items are not included, we will contact you in advance for shipping details and costs if they different from standard charges.

5.  Delivery and postage

Ordered goods are sent as soon as possible after payment has been received. Deliveries are sent at the buyer’s risk, via TNT Post.

Once dispatched you should receive your items within 1-3 days for NL and 7-10 days for EU and worldwide. On some occasions it may take longer and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. For deliveries abroad the customer is responsible for all import duty and taxes controlled by the country of destination. We are not liable for any goods held or refused at customs. If there is any discrepancy between the shipping destination you have paid for and the country you would like the order delivered to we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any monies paid back to your account.

6.  Returns

If you are unhappy with your product please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. In the event of receiving damaged or faulty goods please contact us at info@humade.nl

You will receive a full refund if:
- Goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
- Goods are returned in saleable condition with their original packaging.

We will not accept returns if the item indicates signs of use. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser. For accepted returns refunds will be made as soon as possible to the debited account excluding delivery cost, please note, we cannot refund postage costs and the cost of returned goods is at your expense. Please make sure the items are securely packed, as the parcel is your responsibility until the goods reach us. We are not responsible for goods being lost or damaged in transit. Sorry but we do not offer exchanges on goods.

7.  Privacy

Customer details are only used for the processing and delivery of an order and to inform customers of product news if they have indicated that they will receive this information. This information is carefully used and respected and is not shared with third parties.
